Returns & Exchanges
- Slingerland leotards are carefully made. If despite that you receive your leotard with a fault, please contact us by e-mail to email@example.com before 2 weeks from the delivery and we compromise on mending any imperfection.
- Only in the case that your leotard has fault that we cannot fix, you will be able to return it. We will refund the amount of the leotard and will take care of the cost of the delivery.
- We send your order worldwide, we make an effort to make it 100% internacional.
- The current production time is about 4 or 6 weeks, not including the shipping time, but we will make an effort to make it shorter.
- The price of the delivery is 5€, but if your order gets more than 140€ then it's for free.
- Your leotard will be carefully packed but we are not responsible for the imperfections that may ocurr during transportation.
- Please make sure that your data are correct and provide us with all your contact information to ensure that your address is found by the courier.
- If your package is returned because the address is incorrect, not found, or because the package was unclaimed, we will not resend the package without additional payment for the cost of resending. Naturally, if it's our mistake there is no extra charge. Please make sure your address is correct, current, and that there is always someone available to claim the package.
- If for any reason we can not complete your order we will contact you to find an alternative.
